Use this form to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673). You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your contract.

After you submit this form we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, which serves as durable proof of your withdrawal request (Art. 11(3) of the Consumer Rights Directive). Please keep it for your records.
